The Commodity Futures Trading Commission takes complaints at cftc.gov/complaint.
The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions takes securities complaints at dfi.wa.gov. TokenOS is run from Washington.
State securities regulators elsewhere take complaints from their own residents.

A report is stronger with transaction links. Find your purchase on Solscan and include the link. Say how much was paid, when, and what was promised.

If something here is wrong, say what and point to the record. Confirmed errors are fixed and the fix is dated.
